Inspect all boxes and materials before use and getting started. Recommended grout joint: 1/8”. Do not use mastic; use modified premium thinset. High variation (V4) due to handmade look of the collection. A Dry lay or mockup must be done prior to installation to confirm variation is applied correctly, layout, grout joint size and overall look meets your expectations of this line. Blend tiles from different boxes to obtain consistent shade distribution. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product. Improper installation, application, use and care/maintenance voids warranty. Follow our guidelines, TCNA and ANSI specifications. This is an artisan product and therefore tile may change in color/shade/tone, size, finish and texture. Order multiple samples to make sure you are happy with your selection. Always order from the same lot for your project, as these variations will be more noticeable on different production runs.
